Hi guys 'n' gals
I started and then stopped using my Greymatter powered blog a couple of years ago...but kept it intact - but un-monitored - for acquaintances who I met and were interested in my travels circa 2004/5.
With the recent deterioration of my parent's health I've decided to return to my blogging / writing...in part to chart and catalogue the progression of their respective conditions for the benefit of others who find themselves in a similar position; be it as a carer or son / daughter trying to find first-hand accounts of, well, how things may develop.
Having returned to my Greymatter blog I've found thousands (quite literally) of spam entries appended to each of my original postings. I want to keep these postings - but without spam entires - because Mum loves reading them.
I've tried editing these spam entries out via the management interface...however, the UI uses radio buttons (one or 'tut' other) rather than check boxes and thus deleting spam entries will take be the best part of 6.8933333 years.
Is there an easier way to dump these heinous, freeloading, mo%^er-fu@*ing entries.
As an aside, it's great to find you guys still flying the flag and developing Greymatter. I'm not a coder or in any way remotely a software techie...but I found the initial install of Greymatter an enjoyable and rewarding challenge. It also made me appreciate the work of open-source / freeware developers. I look forward to the release - and challenge - of 1.7.4.
Kind regards
Mr B
