Most Recent Entries and Archives

Hello all,

I want to post up a 5 most recent entries feature down the sidebar so I used {{logentrylist number}} and set the Config to 5. However I also want to get rid of the dates because it is much too crowded. When I do so though in the appropriate box, the archives do not show dates either which makes it a bit useless!

Did you modify a template ot get rid of the dates? My guess is that the archives are using that same template. I wonder if you might use one of the custom templates? I am not sure though because the {{logentrylist number}} makes some assumptions about what templates to use.

Given that I have seen this mentioned alot, this might be a feature to add so that its more customizable.
