The error has no specifics. It looks like that:
Error Notice Invalid id parameter passed to getEntry
And the trace.trc just has checking and processing all the entries up to the last one. Seems ok.
But here are the first few lines:

Yeah, the rebuild logic uses different code to do its thing, so I will have to add some new trace calls and then give you a new file. I should have that in a day or two.
