Hi! I saw this section and thought I'd put my comments in. I'd like the ability to fully delete archives whether individually or in group doesn't matter, but just the ability to delete them totally from the system. Closing them still leaves them searchable in the archives. That's my wish list. Debbie

Hmm, right now GM is very much dependant on every entry existing. For example, if you have 10 entries, GM assumes that there are files 00000001.html through 00000010.html (I know this makes me sad too, but I can understand why its this way, sorta).
I definatly think that closed entries shouldn't be searchable, that does seem kinda wierd, or at a minimum, make it an option. Whats everyone think?

As a work-around, you could edit the closed post and just put a period in it or something. Not much to search for if there is nothing in the post. Perhaps a delete option that automates that process would be the way to go. Click on 'delete entry' and have greymatter edit the post to nothing, and then close it. You would then see a 'spacer' entry in your lists. The entry would be effectively deleted.
