Can you make a backup of your index page, then remove the index page, then do a rebuild all? I am wondering how far it gets. If you get an error about the index page missing, just make an empty file with the same name and see if that page get rebuilt.
However, the more I think about it, I think we have to get you 'Diagnostic and Repair' working. So make a backup of the index page and remove it and see if GreyMatter gives an error.
but your main 'entryfile' is rebuilt and its blank or its not rebuilt? The 'index.html' file is checked very early in the Diagnostic and Repair process. If there are no warnings about this file, then is seems that the error is even earlier.
Are you able to edit your configurations normally? Also, can you tell me specifically if you get a warning about your main entry page missing (after removing it) when you do Diagnostic and Repairs?
