My search results page isn't reading

I've got everything ready to publish except my search results page. The search engine itself works fine--the results page that comes up isn't reading any of the images or style sheets. Very odd, since I don't have that problem with the any of the archive pages--their images and css come in fine. (I'm using 1.3.1.)

Hmm, I was wondering if this was still an issue?

I looked around the site and the images (Winky) and what not showed on the search page, but I couldn't get any results to show up.
