When I try to log into my greymatter I get this error: gm-comments.cgi is missing. Please upload this file to the same directory as all the other Greymatter cgi files, and make sure you CHMOD it to 755.
I tried to reupload it but it says I'm denied.

Maybe the file is already there and you just have chmod it?

if it won't let you chmod the file, then there is an issue with your ftp program or your hosting account. I would contact your ISP/ web host and find out how they recomend you chmod files.
