if I try to run Diagnostic and repair, then I see the next message
Can't read cgi-bin/gm-authors.cgi. Make sure this file is in the same directory as all your Greymatter CGI files and is CHMODed to 666, and that your Local CGI Path is pointing to the correct place.
I have no idea what I did wrong, Can someone help me? (Yes he is CHMODed to 666)

Sounds like you may need to change the path configuration for your "Local CGI Path". It looks like it might be relative instead of absolute. For example, that path should be: "/user/home/username/cgi-bin".
Also, what version of GreyMatter are you using?

Who says you have to try 1.3.1? You can start with 1.7.1 Your path should have "/user...", notice the beginging '/'.
