I'm so confused as to what is going on with my commenting. clonesightings.comWhen post is clicked to add the comment an Internal Server Error : AS BELOW: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@clonesightings.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. anyone know what I should check or what's going on here?

Hi, If you have access to the apache error_log then look in there for more details of the actual error and post that back here if you cannot solve it yourself. 500 errors are common. Have a look at " Perl CGI Debugging: Solving a 500 Internal Server Error" for some pointers. Another good pointer paper is " How do I fix a '500 Internal Server Error' on my website?" In the second paper there is instructions on how to send server errors to the browser. modify your perl scripts and add the line: use CGI::Carp qw(fatalsToBrowser); straight after the #!/usr/bin/perl and re-upload. The usual problem is permissions though. hth cheers Pete

I think the scripts might have the fatalsToBrowser already. I know one of them does at least.
