I deleted the content of the gm-entrylist.cgi (I saved it in a txt in my computer if I need it again), but the same problem appears

No, don't delete the entry files. Those contain the data and you would loose all your entries if you deleted them.

The problem is in one of the files, but it might be tough to find which file it is in. It looks like you have 101 entries. Can you post the contents of the gm-entrylist.cgi file?

Hmm, that looks ok, no missing entries. Is this your whole gm-entrylist.cgi? I guessed 101 because that seemed to be missing files for entries 102,103, etc.

Yes, that's the whole gm-entrylist.gm file, I only have 101 posts. Maybe I need to reinstall greymatter completely, deleting everything.

If you do that, I would definitely make a backup of your archives directory. If you are willing to go through your entry files, I can tell you what to look for to fix. Let me know.

The format of the file is pretty straight forward. its:

entry number|author name|subject|....

So the thing to look for is that the 'entry number' has no other extra characters. Its just a number between 1 and 101. It should match the name of the file, for example, 00000001.cgi should have '1|'.

I checked both the list and the archives. The list has the numbers set correctly, but I found something strange in the list of entries in the archives folder: every entry has two files, one .htm and the other .cgi. Up to entry 98, every one has these two. 98, 99, 100 and 101 don't, they only have the .cgi one. May that be the problem?
Also, those entries are the ones I posted after I upgraded Greymatter.

No, that is somewhat normal. The .html file won't be created until Greymatter rebuilds the files. What this probably means is that entry 97 is the one causing the error. If you want to post the first few lines of that entry, I can take a look and see if there is anything obvious.
