I finally managed to get a couple pages of greymatter to fit the layout on my site. Those pages would be just the index/blog and the comment form.
What I'm having issues with, is customizing the rest of greymatter. I've looked through every template and cannot figure out which ones will determine where the comments will be placed, as well as the actual blog when commenting.

In the gm_manual.html file you can search for 'comment' and hopefully will see something that helps.
On the template menu goto "Edit Entry Page-Related Templates" and the "Entry Page Template: Current Standard Entries" is what you are looking for. I think you are looking for "{{entrycomments}}" tag specifically.

Okay, so I managed to get the blog to go into place, but for some reason the comment form won't move with along with it. Here's what it looks like: jonasbrothersfan.net/archives/00000001.htmlI've come across a number of other issues, looking through my site's greymatter pages. In the page that I provided above, two images appear as broken, the white blank is actually a flash file, and poll on the side won't show. All of these work on the index blog, but not on separate entry pages or any of the other greymatter pages. And on the archive page, the whole side panel is stretched because of the poll. jonasbrothersfan.net/archives/One other question, is it possible to include the calendar on my non-greymatter pages so that it'll appear on every page instead of just the entry pages? Any help would be appreciated because I know that it's a lot that I'm asking for above.

When I try those links I get 'page not found' errors.
For the calendar issue, you can always copy and paste the html from the Gm pages to a non Gm page. Depending on what your other pages are, you could also use Gm's 'Connected Files' feature.
