I've used greymatter before on old sites I've had but it's been a long time since I've used it or attempted to.
I just downloaded the most recent version and tried to install it how I normally would, I pretty much know absolutely nothing about CGI other than installing this. anyways rather than rambling on I keep getting this error:
Software error:
Can't find module (en_US) at libs/Gm_Utils.pm line 388. Compilation failed in require at gm-library.cgi line 24. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at gm-library.cgi line 24.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@evanscandalous.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Software error:

Make sure that the folder lang is the same directory with your gm cgi files (gm-library.cgi, gm.cgi, etc.).
Also make sure the libs folder is there.
The gm_install.html file should be fairly up to date for installing.
