Umm, add and edit entries are done from the control panel, as well as turning commenting etc on/off. And for templates, you could google for css templates and greymatter templates, theres alot of free ones. You can find html and css tutorials at www.quackit.com/ and alot of other sites. You can google for 'html <tag that you have problems with>' and get lots of explanations for specific problems. Hope it helped.

I use this one alot: www.w3schools.com/html/default.aspwhich has alot of other stuff, xml, css, etc. When I went to your site, it looked it was using CuteNews. Are you switching to Greymatter, or do you have it setup in another place?
