Upgrading 1.3 to 1.8.2 templates issue

Hi All,

I've just installed upgrading version of GM 1.8.2 into my linux server. My current version is 1.3. Everything runs smoothly; config test, edit entry EXCEPT "edit templates".

All of my previous templates are not transferred. It's all empty. I've checked and copied gm-templates.cgi from previous 1.3 version, rebuilt and re-configured correctly but still without success.

My server is currently on VPS linux (managed server) but not sure what perl version.
I access my linux server from my PC (windows XP).

Appreciate if anyone can help.

Sounds like the templates did not upgrade correctly. One way is to have two instances running, an old one, so you can copy and past the templates into the new one.
