Ah -- I figured it out. I somehow messed up the entry number value in my template -- probably a cut and pasting error when I added the field for the authentication word mod. It was a stupid mistake that I overlooked about a zillion times trying to figure this silly thing out. Thanks for the memory jog!

Doh, I didn't realize there was a second page.
Yeah, I was going to recommend looking at 'newcommententrynumber' in your templates, but sounds like you got a handle on it.

Hi, Well continuing trying to inovate here is a javascript I found who can gave a Hide/show option for the comment section here is the link: javascript.internet.com/miscellaneous/show-hide-a-div.htmlIt works pretty well, but be sure to keep the same greymatter value's! Also I want to suggest about picaman script unsted of using XYZ like pass I used a captcha pic like the one on rapidshare or easy-share its only a gif file, but it looks more nicer. Almost everything seems to work fine until now, I'm using grey 1.3.1 and I've add the RSS script. But when I add a comment the RSS begins and the page jam there, only way get out its to return back and refresh the page. Anyone notice this or have a solution?

Thanks for the note. Greymatter uses some hide/show js on the Entry Page and soon the Config and Template pages.
The pic is a good idea. The current Greymatter 'captcha' suffers from the fact that its simply text and not an image. The required libraries to create images in perl aren't always available depending on your ISP. I keep looking for an all perl way to generate captcha like images.
No experience with the rss stuff, but could you clarify where the issue is? Do you not get redirected back to the comment page? Or do you mean you have to shift+refresh on the rss feed?
