Hi,
I'm trying to set up Greymatter, but it keeps telling me that it can't create files in my archive directory. I have the right directory (I cut and paste from my FTP program just to make sure) and it has the right permissions. Is there something else that tries to create the files that I maybe didn't get the permissions right on? I'm sure I've got them all, though.
Thanks!

Could you paste in the exact error you get? When do you get this error (Doing diagnostic and repair?)?
Also, I don't know if this helps, but do you have your main log file (usually index.html) setup with the right permissions?

Thanks for answering! It's good, I got it working. Evidently the paths did need to be changed a bit. One drawback to not having telnet or SSH access to your own website. Now I'm just getting a 404 error when I try and enter a comment. This page: www.gardenofentropy.com/cgi-bin/gm-comments.cgi#commentsit says doesn't exist. Permissions are correct on gm-comments.cgi so I'm not sure what the deal is here.

Can you post your main page url? I can't seem to guess your cgi-bin from your url, but it doesn't seem to be at: www.gardenofentropy.com/cgi-bin/I think your paths need a bit of tweaking in the configuration screen.
