install language file

hi mates
hope you can help me on this.
i have made a danish translation file but dosn't seam to load it, what should the name be (my file have this name: da_DK.pm) and where can i corret the month and day word the site use + last but not least, how do i set the config so it use 24 hour clock and not am/pm ??

hope a mate can help me on this becource the rest runs great

even after chaning the html files to charset=iso-8859-1 so need help where im missing something so it works.
