Gm 1.8.1 Doesn't update author's created entries

Versions Affected: GreyMatter 1.8.1 - 1.7
Severity: Minor (reduces information provided)
Issue Description: When an entry is created, the author's number of entries created won't change.

Resolution: There is a code fix for this issue. Change line 3650 of gm-comments.cgi from:

my $authorEntries = $selectedauthor->{'posttotal'}++;

To:

my $authorEntries = ++$selectedauthor->{'posttotal'};
