Gm 1.8.1 Doesn't show recent changes to configs

Versions Affected: GreyMatter 1.8.1
Severity: Minor (reduces information provided)
Issue Description: When the configs are saved, the recent changes do not show.

Resolution: The isn't anything needed to fix. The changes are saved, even though the old configurations are shown. Simply go back to the main menu and re-enter the config screen.

There is also a code fix for this issue. Change line 4799 of gm-comments.cgi from:

To:

    $gmConfigs = Gm_Storage::getConfigs( errHandler=>\&Gm_Web::displayAdminErrorExit );

    return( $message );

This was a result of sloppy refactoring on my part. I failed to notice during testing as well. This issue will be fixed for 1.8.2.
