gmshortcutkeys and IE7/Vista

Did anyone notice that gmshortcut keys doesn't work on ie7, firefox 3.0.3 or Opera on Vista OS?

I've tried gmshortcut keys on ie6 and XP OS no problems all works fine, then on Vista and ie7 the problem start, it dosn't work...

Did anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm using GM 1.3.1 with the patch fo the gmshortcut keys.

The shortcut keys work off of some javascript code written a while ago. I am surprised to hear they don't work in FF3 though since I hadn't heard of any big changes there. Basically capturing key presses in javascript have to be researched. I'll probably check out quicksmode.org when I have the chance.
