Firstly, my apologies everyone.

Versions Affected: GreyMatter 1.6.1
Severity: Minor

Issue Description: I just spent 2 hours baning my head against a wall trying to figure out what the fun had happened to my site when I rebuilt the index page. Long story short, I purposefully set the "Date Grouping Footer Template" and "Comment Smartlink Target Template" to be empty. These are lines 13 and 14 respectively in the gm-templates.cgi file.

I copied over two lines of code that were meant for everyone upgrading to 1.3.1, however if you are at 1.3.1, you don't need those lines to be cleared.

Resolution: Simply copy them from your old file and paste them into the templates screen (index templates and misc templates, replacing |*| with return characters).

Again, my apologies to everyone who was inconvienced by my error.
