Can't save posts

Error: Can't save the file "/home/102427/domains/7BLo.com/html/blog/archives/00000014.cgi". Please make sure that directory to save the file is CHMODed to 777 and that the file is CHMODed to 666. Also try running Diagnostics & Repair from the Configuration screen.

CHMODs are correct. Diagnostics and Repair do nothing.

Greymatter: 1.8.2
Perl: 5.8.6
OSX: 10.4.11
Firefox: 3.6.17

Any help appreciated, otherwise, I'm just going with another service or dropping the blog altogether.

I also had this situation before, and this may relate to malicious virus.
