this drives me crazy, need help

i live in denmark and we have æøå in our language and cant get the last pises to show those letters, i have set the lang in both store and constans to the da_DK but it still dosn't show the letters right.

hope someone can help me before i give up, i have speed countless hours reading and google for info about how to fix it, but cant find an fix so it shows right.

SO HELP!!!!
