Local installation on XAMPP (Windows)

Hello,

I'm trying to get Greymatter to run on a windows machine with XAMPP but I can't seem to be able to get the necessary file permissions to execute the scripts.

I get an error message saying that I should chmod gm-karma.cgi to 755 so I tried giving full control permissions to "All" user though the security settings on Windows but it still doesn't work.

I can execute individual scripts just fine but they can't seem to be able to execute one another.

Is there some way to achieve this?
